Services offered
CapiHost provides web hosting, VPS, domain registration and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service with prior notice.
Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Payments and renewals
Services are billed in advance according to the plan chosen. Renewals may be automatic; you can disable automatic renewal from your account. Refunds are governed by the specific policy for each product.
Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use the services to distribute malware, spam, illegal content, infringe third-party rights or compromise the security of the platform. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
Limitation of liability
The services are provided "as is". CapiHost is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service beyond the limits established by law.
Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Substantial changes will be notified by email or through the platform. Continued use after the changes implies acceptance.
